Is this coding correct on this:

We did an abdominal aortogram with run-offs
also did iliacs with run-offs

pt has claudication and pvd.

Would this be coded as:

75630-26, would i also bill 36245 or 36246?
Dx is 443.9

It depends all on where the cath was placed, if it was moved and second injection etc.

If you can give us the part of the report that tells those things.
