Can you tell me if the codes for a left heart cath and an abdominal aortography are as follows based on the doctor dictation:

Abdominal aortography. There are ulcerations in the aorta proximal to the renal arteries. The renal arteries appeared angiographically normal. There is fusiform abdominal aortic aneurysm as well as bilateral iliac aneurysms noted.

93458, 36200, 75625

Hello,
CCI edits dictate that 36200 can never be billed with 93458, it is inclusive and no modifier will separate. And 75625 will need modifier if documentation supports its use.
