Hey there,
I was just wondering for abdominal myomectomy that is 1 single fibroid weighing over 250g should I use the 58146 even though it's less then 5 myomas but it's accurate weight wise. I think that's what I've read to do?

58146 Myomectomy, excision of fibroid tumor(s) of uterus, 5 or more intramural myomas and/or intramural myomas with total weight greater than 250 g, abdominal approach
The and/or statement in the description allows you to use 58146 if the total weight is > 250g regardless of the number of fibroids.
