I have a pt who went in for an ablation. They tried several time to perform the procedure but were unsucessfull. So they went ahead and did a D&C w/hysteroscope with bx.
I have the ablation coded, 58563-74. Can I code the D&C along with it since it was a failed ablation?

Any help would be great!!
