I know that the ABN waiver is for traditional Medicare only, but what does everyone do for noncovered services for patients with a Medicare Advantage Plan? Medicare plans don't pay for screening breast ultrasounds for density, but there is definitely a rise of referring doctors ordering these tests. Thank you!

Most MA plans have their own policies regarding providing services that are non-covered or require pre-authorization. You have to check the individual payer policies because they differ, and they do not want you to issue an ABN.
