Our doctors are getting ready to provide anesthesia services to a GI group in town. As I am sure you are aware majority of insurance companies do not find anesthesia necessary for these procedures. So what I am wondering can I use the Medicare ABN to bill the patient if it is a non covered service or do I need to create my own document for our company.
