Our office got an ABN signed for services however the amount they listed as the billed amount is incorrect. Can we bill the patient for the amount listed on the ABN and just adjust off the difference in the billed amount and what the ABN says after Medicare denies?

Yes. Actually, I think you can't bill for more than it says on the ABN regardless of what Medicare's EOB says.. I could be wrong about that.

The cost on the ABN is only an estimate. If you are able to give the patient a cost reduction I am sure the patient would appreciate it.
