When findings in screening mammography are abnormal, radiologist can perform additional views on the same day which is coded as

77057-26 -------------V76.12 (screening)

77055-26,GG----------793.89 (diagnostic)

Medicare is reimbursing but some insurances like Oxford are denying 77055 as bundled with other CPT.

Any suggestions on this will be greatly appreciated!!!
