PATIENT CAME IN FOR HIS VAS ON THE PRE EXAMINATION DR FOUND THAT THE RT VAS WAS DIALTED AND WAS NOT ABLE TO DO THE PROCEDURE. HE HAD ALREADY GIVE HIM DEMEROL AND PHENERGAN WHAT ICD9 CODER WOULD YOU USE FOR ABORTED VAS? :confused:
