i bill for hospital and i have many denials for aborted watchman procedure. i bill with 33340-74, dx z53.8 and i dont add dx z00.6 for aborted procedures nor do i add clinical trial or condition code. but even some claims went with clinical trial # and still denied. pl advise. thank you in advance
