does anyone have the Medicare link explaining the penalty and incentive information for escribing?? What was the June 31, 2011 date for having 10 scripts done? Penalty or bonus? Any help is appreciated. Thansk! :)

Here is the link to CMS's page on the eRx Incentive program; it has lots of info.
I think the June 30 deadline was to avoid the penalty but I'm not certain,
