Hi,

we are in the same location, same providers and patients too(!!), but my company got hired by another company so, our tax id and NPI changed.
My question is do we consider the patient as a established patient or new patient??

As per my knowledge it should be new but Medicare denied few of claims stating that they are not new patient! So, got confused is it they are considered as new or established?

Yes, we have group practice but some other company hired it so, our NpI and taxid changed
And that makes me confused so, please advise me on it

Group practice TIN and NPI do not matter when its the same practitioner.
