I am running into hugh roadblocks with BlueCrossBlueShield and the new Bronze-Silver plans. We were sent a separate contract for these plans and we opted out. However, BCBS of IL is showing we are particapting and all other BCBS are showing we are out of network for these plans. Anyone has any magic phone number that might help-cannot get passed customer service (they keep telling me someone will call me back). Thanks!
