Wiki ACA plans and seeing "delinquent" pts

Thankfully, we are only having to "deal with" two carriers that offer ACA plans in our area, BUT, one of them can not tell us what to do if we determine a patient is delinquent in premium payments. One has stated we can collect our charge and then when the premium gets caught up and the claim is processed, we refund the patient. Is anyone else getting information on their carriers like this?
