Wiki accept assignment/stimulus

I work for a podiatry practice with two providers. We are non-par providers with Medicare and do not accept Medicaid. We do accept assignment on a few medicare patients, and take those write-offs but we are non participating generally speaking. Can we still qualify for the EHR stimulus money or will we only be awarded that money on the patients we accept assignment on?

There seems to be no quantitative threshold of patients for participation in the Medicare run Incentive Program for Meaningful Use. However, you would still be required to meet the threshold for the measures as defined by Meaningful Use.

Payments are not based on percentages, as in eRx and PQRI - they are flat rates, according to successful participation for that year.
