Depends on the type of trauma and if it affects the pregnancy. If you could provide some more detail it would be helpful.

Trauma nearly always affects the pregnancy, until the physicians documents that it does not affect the pregnancy or the management of the pregnanacy you would use the 648.93 plus then whatever truma code you need, laceration, contusion, fx. The 648.93 is first listed. The guidelines will affirm this.
