Hello,

Looking for some advice on accuracy goals and timelines to meet those goals for a new coder. We are trying to create an accuracy percentage goal to start out with then come up with timeframes that they have to meet the next goal. I want to be fair but I don't want to go too low either.

We are looking at the possibility of hiring a non certified coder as well as a certified coder. I feel that the certified coder should be held to a much higher standard and a non certified coder at first.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!:confused:
