is 43458 strickly for achalasia

the balloons are over 30 mm in diameter or larger and it is usually for dysphagia.

dysphagia is difficulty swallowing
Achalasia is unable to swallow or difficulty in swallowing.

Can I use 43458 for dysphagia

There is not a code for over 30 mm for balloon dilation for dysphagia
