What code would I use for an autograft of the iliac crest.

Doc performed debridement of ACL allograft, removal of interference screw, and curettage and bone grafting of femoral and tibial tunnels using iliac crest autograft and a ptella wedge allograft.

I am coding the bone graft as 20900. Would this include placing it another anotomical site, i.e., took from iliac crest and placed in the knee.

Yes it would be 20900 or 20902.
