Wiki ACL repair with meniscus repair billing

Hi,

Its been a few years since billing in an ASC and have a ortho op note ACL repair with a meniscus repair and in checking the cci edits I see that the 29883 is listed in column 2 of the CPT code for the ACL repair (29888) with the indicator (9) - does the indicator 9 mean it can be billed and no modifier needed? or still bundled in the 29888 and cannot be billed? Its a BCBS commercial plan. If anyone can offer any information I would appreciate it. Thanks!
