Hey Everyone,

One of our providers is using the ActiviaPatch IonToGo 4.0 with 4mg of dexamethasone to be applied over the elbow. Removal after 4 hours. They are only charging a 99213 and a J1094. Is there an admin code for the J code that we should be using?
