Hello,

I have a very unique situation. My company is a mobile urgent care, we have an insurance company coming to us asking if we can add preventative codes to our acute claims. So, this is for the Pediatric patients only that have a MMCD. No Medicare is involved. The scenario goes as follows; we have scheduled an acute visit for an earache, and then the insurance company has identified that this patient has not had a well visit for a few years, so they would like use to do a preventative visit too. Where can I find the guidelines for this situation? Thank you all for your time.
