I am all over the board on this one. Any insight?
 
From my understanding and experience, Medicare will reimburse both inpatient discharge and a SKILLED NURSING FACILITY(not rehab-TCU) admit same day same provider same facility. The problem lies in the documentation of both. I cannot get the provider to provide two distinct reports.
