Help...I am trying to use CMS IRF PPS Web Pricer to get the expected reimbursement for services at an Acute IP Rehab Facility (Not Drug or Alcohol Related) and keep getting an error message stating that I am unable to get the expected reimbursement my due to "PPS Blend Indicator is not a 3 or 4" (see attached screen shot). I am fairly new to IP Rehab Facility and have searched everywhere as to what the # 3 or 4 Blend Indicator means and where can I find it.
