If Dx is Acute Migraine ,which is it better way to code ?

Migraine alone(346.90)
Migraine followed by acute pain code(346.90,338.19)

I would use Migraine only (346.90) , but still confusing on this .

So any one kindly help me on this with proper documentation .

Code only 346.90, no need to code acute pain separately.
