HELP! There is NO comprehensive ICD-10 code for this diagnosis. My EMR coded it as 1-K35.32 (acute appendicitis with perforation and localized pertionitis (without abscess) and 2- K35.891 - other acute appendicitis without perforation, with gangrene. I don't feel like this appropriately addresses the code. Any suggestions?
