A patient comes in with heel/foot pain that started in December. Provider diagnosed patient with plantar fasciitis and Calcaneal spur. what would this be considered as far as problem mdm? acute or chronic?


I get thrown off when the pain just starts and they are diagnosed with a potential chronic condition.
