I'm looking for anyone that may work for an insurance company and perform site visits, specifically looking at ADA standards and that thresholds are met. My employer needs to create a policy for this and although we know which resources to check for the standards, we are wondering what the expectations are in that we find an office in non-compliance? and how we enforce compliance? Thanks!
