Can you bill add on code 99354 with 92014, or are these add on codes specifically for E/M codes? Please help.....
 
No, you can't bill 99354 with 92014. It can only be used with E/M codes. According to 2013 CPT, 99354 can be used with 99201-99215, 99241-99245, 99324-99337, 99341-99350.
