Just a question for the ophthalmology guru's. Can the physician charge the patient a "fee" for training he had to have in order to place a toric lens?
 
I really dont know I code for the facility however I know the docs office do charge for that. Because the patient say almost every time that I already paid for that. and I have to tell them they paid for the training and the facility is charging for the actual lens.:)
