HI,

I think this is a very simple question but i'm not a 100% sure of the answer. Pt comes into ED because of power failure. He has CP & MR requiring Oxygen. The coder coded V60.89 but this code is not a primary code. Can I also code CP & MR and do they have to be secondary codes??
