I was asked to look into additional billable services that our practice could offer to generate extra revenue. We are Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics, so we see patients of all ages. Services that we currently provide are extended hours during the week and open on Saturday, urgent care, in-house lab, in-house x-rays, immunizations, chronic care management, transitional care management, remote patient monitoring, Wellness exams for all ages including Medicare Annual Wellness Visits along with the appropriate assessments & screenings, DOT Physicals, Ankle-Brachial Index studies, simple procedures such as circumcisions, laceration repairs, wart & skin tag removals.
We also want to make sure we are missing anything that we could be billing for when appropriate. We do utilize G2211, 99051 for Saturday visits, screening/assessment codes (96110, 96127, 96160, 96161).
