Hello,
What would be the correct way to code adenomacarcinoma pancreatic pseudocyst and adenocarcinoma gastric tumor? The instructions in the ICD-9 says to see neoplasm by site malignant if not under adenocarcinoma. I have 157.9 and 151.9

Adenomcarcinoma just describes the histologic type (for example breast cancer could be adenocarcima or infiltrating ductal). You want to code the location of the tumor. If you don't have a specific site then you would use the xxx.9 for both neoplasms as they have no specified location.
