My physcician does Stress Myoview, in the office and it is global procedure. When the test is done on 2 days, do I have to bill the procedure using 2nd day as date of service or day 1 as date of service. Also if Myoview is given on 1st day and lexiscan on second day then do I have to bill these medications on the different dates as they were given or the entire 78465-78480codes with 93015 and A and J codes on only one day as Date of service.Please help.
