Can someone please help me? I am so confused. I have a pediatrician that does ADHD evaulations. He is constintaly billing a 99215 for these based on 60 minutes face to face, reviewing records, obtaining history, completing physical, discussing impressions and recommendations, and developing a treatment plan.

Recently, I was told we could bill a 96110 for the Vanderbilt testing and that is it for this visit. Is this correct? Should I also bill an E/M?

Thanks,
J

We bill the 99215. You can also bill the 96110 for Vanderbilts or Conners that are reviewed. If the physician reviews 4 Vanderbilts (ex. From 4 different teachers) you can bill 96110 x4.
