Adjacent Tissue Transfer of Medially Based Nasal Mucosal Floor Flap, 4 x 5 cm, Left: An incision was made using a Beaver blade at the junction of soft and hard palate, brought superior along the nasal wall and then anterior underneath the inferior meatus. This was elevated in a subperiosteal plane. Once the modified medial maxillectomy had been performed, medial maxillary mucosa was removed and exposed bone was covered with a medially based mucosal flap and transposed in the sinus.
