What measurements are used when determining the size of the adjacent tissue transfer after a partial mastectomy?

When looking at the op note did the provider not mention the size of the of the tissue transfer? If not, you might have to query the provider to get this information. All the codes for adjacent tissue transfers (starting at 14000) are in sq cm.
