Wiki Adjusting settings on temporary pacemaker

Our EP physicians often are brought in to care for ICU patients that have had cardiac surgery with placement of temporary pacing wires/pacemakers that are experiencing a complete heart block after surgery. Our EP provider manages and adjusts the settings. Is this a billable service? What CPT code is appropriate? The EP physician is not in the same specialty as the cardiothoracic surgeon who performed the global surgery.

Would you consider this to be a Moderate or High risk for the Management Options when the patient is in the ICU? They are checking back with the patient every day awaiting the node to return to normal function to avoid needing a permanent pacemaker.
