Wiki Administration charge for J2003

I have been told that the admin charge (96372) for J2003 is included with a procedure, such as 12001. The more research I do, the more I believe that to not be correct. Can anyone shed any light on this?

96372 is bundled into 12000. Repairs include local anesthetic. You can't bill that separately, per CCI and also as outlined in the Surgery Guidelines in CPT under Surgical Package Definition (page 80 if you have the 2025 AMA book edition). I would like to see what research you've uncovered that states otherwise.
