Patient comes in with own methotrexate due to ulcerative colitis and wants injection administered.

Which would be correct:

556.9 96372

or

556.9 J9250 AND CHARGE $0.00
96372

Any suggestions? Thanks for your help. Ann
 
I always charge the 96372 alone when a patient brings in their own meds. I don't know if your program has the option but I add a note into the financial charge to state that patient brought in own medication and we injected it.
