Admit on day of pacer

If a E/P Dr sees a patient for a consult and decides that teh patient needs a pacemaker. The next day the E/P doctor does a H&P before the pacer. Can i bill the admit with a 57 modifier? or do i not bill anything but the pacer for that day, because the Dr already saw the patient for a consult the day before? :confused:
