Wiki Admit to OBS in global for TLH

Pt had TLH, BS on 01/28/2021 no problems until 02/26/2021 when she developed severe abdominal pain. Pt was seen in our office on 03/02/2021 & admitted to OBS. CT scan showed right hydronephrosis and suspected right ureteral injury. Urologist placed stent & confirmed Rt ureteral injury. The physician wants the OBS billed, but what modifier can I use or is it not possible? Thank you for your help.

Per the CMS global surgery booklet, it is not billable and included in surgery if this is a complication of the surgery (sounds like it is). They specify what is included and not included in the surgical package.
