Seeking advice for creating a centralized scheduling/ patient registration department

Hello everybody.
I work at a community health center on Cape Cod. We are interested in creating a centralized department for our 3 clinics that will handle scheduling, referrals, insurance eligibility/verification and patient registration. Our team is looking to speak with and visit with people at clinics in Massachusetts that have a department of this nature that is running well.
