Wiki Advice on correct Kenalog reporting.

Good afternoon. I have read many posts about the subject of Kenalog on the forums. However, I am confused with how Kenalog actually is dispensed in the vial? Does Kenalog come in 10mg vials and 40mg vials? The reason I ask is being compliant with reporting 2 separate NDC codes for each. If you have the option of a 10mg vial and a 40mg vial, these would need to be reported separately, correct? Or no? If this is so, how would this be reported on the claim if HCPCS offers only J3301 for 10mg? Thank you for any help.
