We are having problems getting Aetna Medicare to pay for 92136, 2nd eye. How is everyone else billing these? We have to tried to bill out the 1st eye with no modifiers, appropriate dx according to eye, and then 2nd eye, 92136-26, no laterality modifier and again appropriate eye dx. Any advice is appreciated. Thank You

2nd eye - 92136, 26, (Anatomical modifier LT or RT)
