Wiki Aetna Medicare denying G0101

We have a new problem that has popped up in our facility in the last few months. Aetna Medicare has decided to tell us that G0101 is mutually exclusive to G0439. One I am looking at now:

99214 mod 25 272.4,401.1
G0439 V70.0
G0101 V72.31

I am stumped as to why. Can someone help?
