In rationale AFIB is not coded. Can you please explain why?
 
Rationale? Are you working on Practicode or a Practice test or a course? If it's any of those, have you tried sending an email about your question to the email address you should have been given when you started whatever you started first? I'm not sure we could help you without knowing more about what's going on there and why it wouldn't be coded.
