According to AvMed we cannot billed after hour services CPT 99050 during posted business hours.
This code?s description is ?Services provided in the office at times other than regularly scheduled office hours, or days when the office is normally closed (eg, holidays, Saturday or Sunday), in addition to basic service.?

Would be most appropriate to use 99051 ?
This code description: Services provided in the office during regularly scheduled evening, weekend or holiday office hours, in addition to basic service

Please advise me via email, if we can appeal these claims under the 99051 instead of 99050.
