Does anyone know if the dx for PCOS has an age edit? I keep getting a denial from Medicaid on a 15 year old, but my icd9 book does not show a limitation on age, nor can I find anything online.

No, there is no age edit. Is that what your denial says, exactly? It is possible that there is a pre-existing condition clause that is causing this to deny. You might need to call and ask further questions to figure out why this was denied.
