I have just recently started Radiology coding and am having some trouble finding a dx to coincide with the impression: "age related changes" The report states small vessel disease and global cerebral volume loss. Do these codes get captured separately or is there a specific code for age related changes?

I don't think "age-related changes" is specific enough in order to code. I'd be perfectly happy to be shown wrong, though, if anybody else has any ideas.
